This ordinance contains no specific bans of harmful corporate or governmental activity. So there’s nothing that can actually be enforceable here. At least, that’s the reading from us here at Community Rights US.

Nonviolent direct action as a legal tool of enforcement was intended to be in this ordinance, as it appears in the draft doc from Boulder County Protectors of Colorado (see their link below) but that clause does not seem to have made it into the final approved document.
