It’s the 203rd anniversary of corporations winning constitutional so-called “rights” via the Supreme Court’s outrageous Dartmouth decision, 203 years ago TODAY.

What a long strange trip it’s been!!

Paul Cienfuegos, CRUS founding director, wrote this essay in honor of this day, three years ago, when CRUS hosted Corporate “Rights” Bicentennial events to commemorate this outrage in quite a number of US communities.
