What started by a vote of the People in 2017 banning the practice of aerial spraying of toxic biocides, lead to the lower courts suppressing their vote in favor of corporate rights.
The on-going court process recently ended when the Oregon Supreme Court refused to hear Lincoln County’s petition.
So what comes next?
