This 7 minute video titled “The People vs The Corporate State” was published on YouTube by the Ohio Community Rights Network (OHCRN) on November 27th, 2018.

Here is a description of the video: In 2012, after suffering over 90 oil/gas frack wells in the community of Broadview Heights, the residents finally said no more. They passed a law prohibiting further expansion of wells in their neighborhoods. The residents for the first time ever, are here today to argue for their right to local self-government and their right to clean air, water and soil. The drilling corporations and our own state government have brought in a team of 10 attorneys to squash the people’s right to self-govern and to protect their community from harm.

This street production was created and acted out on January 6, 2016 in front of The Probate Court of Cuyahoga County by members of communities all across Ohio and members of the Ohio Community Rights Network. (OHCRN)
