Community Rights US Director Paul Cienfuegos’ gave this rousing 5-minute speech at the Pink Martini hosted rally/concert in solidarity with Occupy Portland’s downtown encampment, on October 28, 2011 in Pioneer Courthouse Square. Link to the audio can be found HERE.
Paul then invited the crowd to return to the square a few days later where the newly conceptualized but not yet formed Community Rights PDX group would lead a follow-up informational session. Dozens of folks showed up on November 1st for that session! And Paul then gave this 15-minute presentation to them, followed by substantive small group discussions. Link to video HERE.
