Markie Miller is a volunteer organizer with Toledoans for Safe Water, a Board member of the Ohio Community Rights Network (OHCRN) and a National Community Rights Network (NCRN) Board member. Toledoans for Safe Water is circulating the Lake Erie Bill of Rights (LEBOR) initiative petition that recognizes and codifies the rights of Lake Erie to flourish.
